Christine joined Burgher Haggard in August 2021 and brings with her more than 34 years of comprehensive tax and accounting experience working with corporations, partnerships, individuals, non-profits and trusts. She has a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Tony has over 35 years of tax experience. Prior to joining BURGHER HAGGARD, he spent 12 years in the tax department of Ernst & Young’s Fort Worth office and 25 years as a tax analyst/editor with the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters, a leading provider of tax reference materials and software for tax professionals. Tony has a BBA in accounting from Texas Christian University.
Michele graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and brings over 20 years of tax experience to the Burgher Haggard team. Michele has focused on a variety of tax areas including high net worth individuals and families, not-for-profit, estate planning, and trusts. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Tarrant County Bar Association. Michele also serves on the MHMR Visions Board of Tarrant County.

Debbie joined Burgher Haggard in 2020 during a merger with another local firm, bringing with her over 25 years of tax and accounting experience. She began her career in public accounting as an auditor with Arthur Young & Company (now EY) before moving to internal audit with Tandy Corporation. After taking some time off to raise her children, she joined a local CPA firm. She has diverse experience in tax preparation and review, accounting services and consulting. Debbie has a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
Laurie brings with her to BURGHER HAGGARD more than 20 years of comprehensive tax and accounting experience with a local public accounting firm. She has a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Lynn spent the first four years of her tax career in the Trust Tax Department of Bank One, now known as Chase Bank. The next three were spent expanding her tax knowledge with the public accounting firm of Sproles Woodard LLP. After that, Lynn found her place alongside Ware Shipman of Biggs & Shipman LLP and Charles Hoera, spending 19 years serving clients and gathering a robust knowledge of oil & gas and real estate taxation. In 2020, Lynn acquired Charles’ practice upon his retirement and continues to serve small individual and business clients in addition to providing tax consulting, review and training services for Burgher Haggard clients and tax preparers.
Judd has close to 25 years of experience in the taxation / financial reporting profession. He started his career in Houston with PricewaterhouseCoopers and for the past 15 years has assisted small business, individuals, and family-owned practices in Parker and Tarrant counties with reporting requirements and business development. Judd and his family are actively involved with their church - Christ Chapel - and in the community where Judd sits on a few service boards. Judd has a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University.
